Aruna Das is the Founder / Director of Catalyst Image Consulting, founded in 2012. Aruna’s vision is to create an organization that can be a true transformation partner to individuals and corporate. The mission is to take a holistic approach, bringing together elements of Image Consulting, coaching, NLP and mentoring to create a lasting change. She aspires to make her expertise accessible beyond CXOs and celebrities.
A Qualified Image Consultant from Image Consulting Business Institute, under the curriculum of Conselle Institute of Image Management, USA., founded by Judith Rasband. Aruna is a soft skills trainer, certified by Govt. of India body and Scottish Qualification Authority. Aruna is also a certified Advance NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner. She is also ranked amongst India’s leading Image Consultants. She is a Life Coach from Neuro Leadership institute and is working with many senior executives. She is also a Govt. of India certified trainer for POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) and Torch Bearer for POCSO. Aruna is a National level award winner of Leadership Business Excellence – 2018.
A graduate in Psychology, she also has a Masters in Computers and Management (MCM) from Pune University. Her experience at leading MNCs like Deloitte and Accenture gave her exposure to global corporate culture. Diversity of work and interests enable her to connect effortlessly with people across all age groups.
She has been conducting regular workshops at corporate for CXOs, senior leaders and has eminent corporate leaders consulting with her one-on-one. She was featured on a national television for a show on Image. She is currently the President of Image Management Professionals Association (IMPA), Chennai Chapter.
She has partnered with corporate across multiple sectors including IT, banking, manufacturing, real estate, automotive, consulting and many more.
